The Faltschonhorn is the prominent three thousand metre peak above the village. It is the easiest three thousand metre peak to climb in the Vals Valley. Situated in the middle of the border ridge separating the Vals Valley from the Val Lumnezia, it towers above the sunny meadows of the Leiser Heuberge. The mountain rewards you with a spectacular view down into the Vals and a sweeping panorama of the Grisons Alps and the Central Alpine Ridge.
