On this hike you’ll be enchanted by lush meadows, rugged cliffs and a picturesque mountain lake. The Soredapass offers breathtaking views of the Adulamassiv, Bleniotal and Läntatal.

At the Soredapass, enjoy a spectacular view of the Adula massif’s mountains to the east and south, as well as into the Val Scaradra to the west. The descent takes you into the picturesque Blenio Valley, also known as the Valle del Sole or sun valley.

At the far end of the Läntatal, the 3402 m high Rheinwaldhorn towers above. The green meadows of Lampertschalp contrast with the imposing, rugged rock faces of the valley. Enjoy the sight of the picturesque mountain lake below the Soredapass. The Plattenberg / Piz Scharboda area impresses with its geological diversity. And the view of the Vals mountain range and the Blenio Valley from the Soredapass makes the effort of the ascent well worth it.
