Enjoy a panoramic and diverse tour along Zervreila Lake to Lampertschalp. Along the way, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the high alpine Länta Valley and the striking Zervreilahorn.
Starting at Vals Post, the trail takes you through the village of Vals to the valley station of the Vals gondola lift, then up the road and through the Rotabärg gorge to the tunnel. After passing through the tunnel, continue on to Zervreila. Beyond the dam wall, a steep ascent leads to the Zervreilachappeli. From there, the route follows a gently sloping dirt road to Lampertschalp, where you can enjoy a refreshing stop at the alpine inn.The return journey offers even more stunning views of the high alpine landscape of the Länta Valley, this time with a perspective looking out of the valley. Take a break at the Zervreila restaurant before beginning the swift descent back to Vals.
Along the way, you’ll encounter many highlights, including alpine flora, the St. Bartholomew Chapel in Zervreila, the breathtaking Zervreilahorn in front of the reservoir, the stunning Läntatal, and the Lampertschalp.
