The Silver Crew around the newcomer of the year 2025 cooks their own way in a relaxed and dynamic way – inspired by nature, the team likes to go into the high alpine forests themselves to pick mushrooms, herbs and berries. Awarded with two Michelin stars and 18 Gault Millau points.
