Our experienced kitchen team, led by Daniel Peng, offers solid, market-fresh and creative dishes. The culinary experience is rounded off by fine wines from the Grisons and neighbouring countries. For the 2019/2020 season, the culinary magazine “Graubünden geht aus” has once again voted the Alpina kitchen among the top 20 in the category “Pure enjoyment in the villages”!
