Restaurant Ganni

We serve a variety of dishes made from local and regional produce.

Our daily menus are available from 11am. We also offer daily lunch menus. From 5pm, in addition to the daily menu, we also offer an evening menu which changes weekly.

In Vals, we buy from the fishermen’s association, the alpine dairy, the hunters’ association, the farmers and, if possible, vegetables from the gardens. We make a most things ourselves, such as bread, soups, spaetzli, pizokel and ice cream. Carlo’s fondue is also legendary.
