The tax value of the shares as at 31 December 2021 is CHF 8.40. The tax value of the shares as at 31 December 2022 is CHF 8.40. The tax value of the shares as at 31 December 2023 is CHF 20.65. The annual financial statements for the two previous financial years form the basis for the valuation.
